Article 1 - LENGTH OF STAY: booking forms are signed for a set period and you are unable to stay in the accommodation after the
departure date.
Article 2 - BOOKING COMPLETION: a deposit of at least 30% (minimum 100 euros) of the hire charge is required before a booking can
be accepted. This can be made by cheque (drawn on a French account only), bank transfer or credit card and will be refunded if the accommodation is not available. Booking is confirmed on receipt of your completed booking form and deposit.
Article 3 - CANCELLATION: if you have to cancel your reservation, please write to us immediately.
Cancelletion before your arrival: we will keep your deposit however if we are able to re-let the property, your deposit will be returned to you.
If the cancellation is less than 30 days before your arrival date we we fail to re-let the propery, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be
liable for the balance of the rent.
If you arrive after the arranged date, please inform us. If we are not informed of your late arrival and you do not arrive within 24 hours of
the arrival date, we will offer accommodation to other customers and keep the deposit.
If you leave before the agreed departure date no refund will be given.
Article 4 - ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, unless agreed otherwise. The accommodation is let from
1600 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1200 hours on the day of departure.
Article 5 -BALANCE PAYMENT: is paid on arrival. We can only accept cash or cheques drawn on a French account - credit cards not
accepted.
Article 6 - DEPOSIT: a deposit of 150 € is required on arrival. This can be paid in either cash - euros, sterling or other - or by cheque -
French, English or other. This will be returned to you on your departure after the property has been checked.
Article 7 - BREAKAGE AND LIABILITY: your accommodation has a list of all equipment. Should anything be missing from this list
please inform us within 24 hours. You are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. The property will be checked when you vacate and if any cleaning is required or damage caused a suitable sum will be deducted from your deposit.
Article 8 - CAPACITY: the accommodation cannot be sub-let or occupied by more people than is stated on the booking form.
Article 9 - INSURANCE: you are responsible for all damage and may extend your existing insurance policies to cover your stay.
Article 10 - PETS: well behaved pets are accepted following prior arrangement.
Article 11 - UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONTRACT: bookings are offered on the sole understanding that these conditions of hire and
general information have been read, are agreed and the information you have given on the booking form is correct. |
